I didn't do everything in Godhome (just the first 3 pantheons), mainly because I was tiring of the game by the time I was facing it and I couldn't be fucked to grind out the Knight and Hallownest pantheons. I only mildly regret my decision.

All at once, and eventually the frustration burned out my brain and I quit.

I did and it was one my most satisfying accomplishments in gaming. It basically took a few dozen hours of practicing each individual boss until I was consistent at each of them. by the end of it you feel like you've mastered the combat. it feels really good to get to that point.

technically I didn't do ABSOLUTELY everything since the game slightly acknowledges if you beat the individual pantheons with all bindings at once, but that shit is so drawn-out, risky, and grueling that nobody should even really try. even doing the bindings one-at-a-time was already hard enough and not really recommended.
