Literally where do you find any decent quality community server? They're all fucking dead in NA except for skial and random mod servers. The only community server worth a fuck is the Zig Forumsan
Uncle Dane has several servers that are pretty fun and well moderated. And if you look hard enough, there are steam communities with their own servers.
It's certainly harder to find them but they're out there.
Valve abandoned the game in the worst possible state it could be left in so Tyler McNigger and his tranny trope took over the community. Stephanie from creators.tf was a former catbot developer and gave the basic layout for everyone to fork
