I own basically every SF iteration but can't psyche myself into picking up SFV even till this day. This might be an uncommon opinion but I think it looks visually worse than SFIV.

It's a secret costume. When you select Blair's costume (from Fighting EX Layer), if you hold some buttons in the loading screen, it'll revert to Blair's original costume (Street Fighter EX plus alpha).

SF4 has way better presentation in terms of menus, sound, announcers, UI, etc. But the actual artstyle looks much better in SFV. That's just how I feel. Some characters in V look weird but generally it looks a lot better, and not just in obvious graphical fidelity but the overall look feels more realized

I definitely agree here. The SFIV series had a really cool thing going with the ink/calligraphy motif, and the announcer was great. SFV isn't bad when it comes to those things, but they're just kind of sterile in comparison.

Sf4 and 5 are both fucking ugly. They're both largely ugly for the same reasons, but the few changes they did make was like ripping open the wound by making it ugly again in slightly new ways. Just absolutely hideous games. Imagine actually paying money for bonus costumes with shit like this.
