I recall a Skyrim mod doing this, Sexlab Hormones has an optional 'bimbo curse' quest where having sex with Dremora or a blonde, tanned bimbo chained up near the Lady Stone yields a curse that's meant to turn you into something 100% like the latter (albeit optional and you can simply keep it at MtF at worst, if you are playing a dude).

The longer you stay cursed, you get debuffs where high arousal stops you from talking to people without begging for sex and it also entails clumsiness like occasional tripping and dropping weapons. I forgot if it includes other consequences but it just ends up needing to pass over a Daedra Heart to a Dremora to lift the curse. Although it's a bit disappointing on how the means to get cursed or go removing it are somewhat limited.
