I just bought a new chair recently so here's my advice
stop buying gamer chairs
Are they terrible? No, but you're mostly paying for the gamer brand and the racing look. The ergonomic and comfort features are minimal and only used as a bullet point so you buy it. The racing seat shape is designed to keep someone from being thrown around in a high speed vehicle, not for sitting stationary at a desk. It only limits the positions you can sit in.
If you really want to treat yourself, dont buy a chair because it looks cool, buy a chair that will take care of your body and eliminate any fatigue or pain from long sessions. Go look on craigslist or look for a used office furniture store and buy a ergonomic chair from someone like a steelcase or herman miller chair. They're built to last over a decade and are adjustable for your body. I just bought a like new steelcase leap v2, which is at the top of chair review lists almost everywhere, for 370 (950 new). If you cant afford that then go look at budget ergonomic office chair reviews and pick one that looks good. I work from home all day and play vidya after, so around 10-12 hours in my chair with 0 discomfort. Trust me it will change your life, and it will last you for a long time.

People will actually buy anything a streamer uses or has a "gamer" tag slapped on it..... Go to a showroom and actually sit on chairs to figure it out. Better yet, sit on a Herman Miller or something before sitting on this to realise how trashy it is

Rocking chair bros, where you at? Shits maximum comfy.

I was gonna buy a new gaming chair but my roommate left his Ikea PC chair when he moved out. It was covered in cracks and scratches and shit so I was gonna throw it out but it was mad comfy. So I bought some chair SPANX off amazon that covers the whole chair with a spandex matte black, looks brand new. Also I replaced the shitty Ikea roller wheels with some aftermarket rollerblade style big ball bearing wheels. Now it looks good and feels good, probably better than most gamer chairs, and it cost me 35 dollars

I've got the Epic noblechair on launch and QC was fucking horrible, 90% of chairs had either a structural or aesthetic defect based on people complaining about returns. They use a weird foam for the arm rests as well and now I have permanent dips in it from where I rested my elbow. The chair itself is pretty comfy though, although the original neck cushion is shit

I had something like this but the backrest broke when I was trying to relieve my backpain by leaning as far as possible.

poorfags no need to give me (You)s

Hero is a lot better than the Epic's

I just got SecretLab TitanXL. He's a real chonker.

>herman miller
Why the fuck do these jews hide the pricing on their website? I don't want to give my name and email so someone can send me a catalogue

Bro where's the head rest

I can imagine, but that came out like a year after I bought the Epic. It's also a lot wider for Americans so I wouldn't fit as well into it

not sure if retarded

just keep your head up lol

They dont? Go to their online shop
Again, I reccomend buying from a used office place or craigslist anyway.

>Herman Miller
>spending £1000 on a chair

see
>poorfags

>secret lab
you got conned

Doesn't sound very comfy

I have no idea what kind of chair it is. I think it was Wal-Mart's shitty self-brand or something. Came in a white and blue box.

>tfw i just leaned down to smell my own chair
Smells like an old shoe. Would probably smell a lot worse if I didn't put an asspillow down on it.

Whatever you get make sure it's high quality because you don't want your back to be fucking messed up later in life from sitting so much on cheap and crappy chairs.

Why is that? Are other chairs much better?
I previously used decent office chair made by local company and honestly this feels much better.

Just had a jarfjallet (newer version of Ikea Markus) delivered today.
Shit feels a bit weird, I'm sitting more upright but I'm either doing good things for my back or in fucking it up cause it's sore.
Feels good for reclining but sitting upright I feel I don't have enough support to relax.
I was looking at gaming chairs for ages but the marketing effort for most really made em feel like a scam.
It's so fucking hard to find a large chair with padding, high back and neck support that reclines and articulates. Why's it would hard, bros?

I have a big ol lazyboy in front of my desk with a rolling tray for the keyboard and moguse, shits cozy as heck.

>Not going for the pro model

I got the pewdiepie meme chair
It's pretty nice

What's a good comfy chair for less than £300?

My chair is a stack of pillows on my bed

Got this one for almost no cost, aside from help the previous owner close down his bar. Very versatile and resistant to sun and water, easy to clean and fix, I just stacked two of them together and I've been using them for five fiver year by now and I have nothing to complain about.
