One of significant themes in Cyberpunk are body modifications, to the point where they blurr the line between male and female. I am not sure why people get assblasted about lack of MAN/WOMAN label in character design, but technically it's changing nothing - THEY LITERALLY JUST DELETED MAN/WOMAN label text next to your character window creator, do you really need that in order to accept that your character, for which you choose MALE body and MALE voice, to whom NPC's will address as HE in such case, to be a man?
