I once bought my graphics card from a local retailer and I had to fill out three paper forms when I wanted to make a warranty claim. countless emails later I had to wait weeks until I could even send it back.

I saw a guy here say his delivery driver tried to drop off two smaller packages instead of his ps5. He asked him to look in his van for it and it was in there except it had been opened but not taken. This was UK btw and it is definitely the delivery drivers because the guy looked shocked like he had been caught out. My brother worked at the amazon warehouse and he said nobody can steal it there.
