Playing while intoxicated

Do you have specific genres you like to play while intoxicated by specific substances?
For me, it's FPS while drunk and strategy/roguelike while stoned

No and I hate people who do it and decide to play something online. It's like those retards who select servers on other regions and end up playing like shit because of latency.

I play MMOs and raid shitfaced once they're on farm status. I have a rule for it, only when a loss in performance won't fuck my group and only with people I know.

Playing a co-op or team game when your friends are cool with you being drunk (and ideally they are too) is some good shit.

I did the same thing, once I quit drinking I honestly couldn't play MMO's anymore, though, they're too fucking boring.

I've only stuck to MMOs to hang out with people I've known for over a decade. It must be a sad genre for newcomers.

Only Rhythm games like Stepmania, OSU, and Beat Saber. I can play well enough that the magic of trying to play these games sober is gone now, but handicapping myself in a way that even lets me enjoy the music more, however...

I used to be a massive alcoholic and played nothing but world of tanks for years because my laptop could run it. Had some pretty amazing matches but mostly just got fucked over and sent people abusive messages afterwards.

I like alcohol but it makes me sleepy and mellow. I'd much rather read a book while drinking than try to play a video game.

the only time 2fort and dustbowl DON'T make me want to claw my eyes out is when I'm drunk. those two are the only maps that get a steady stream of players these days, btw.

Comfy RPGs, horror games and anything immersive or exploration focused are great high. I don't really play multi-player stuff, no one wants to play with the dude weed guy. STALKER, Souls games, Kingdom Come and RE games are some favourites.
