No one is going to go through the effort to make this a porn game, there are better engines and game environments for it, at best you'll get a bunch of naked models just like the first game.
It's a cumbersome trial and error game, the only appeal it holds is in the unfair difficulty that some autistic people enjoy. Think resident evil but more monotonous and less interesting.

I mean, the focus is so misplaced, anyone can have a sexy big boobs protagonist in their game, but not every game lets you fuck them.

If you want a game to be a massive success you gear it for the broadest possible audience.
Giant boobs are not marketable to a big population.
This means that there's nothing spectacular in the game aside from boobs. Which is OK.
You can mod jiggle physics and boobs into a great game, but you can't mod a boob simulator to be a great game.

Just because a game is moddable doesn't mean that a community will magically come around it and blast off.

You need to attract crazy people with alot of passion for the game, or already have sexual content in the game so that people dont become immediately bored by it's one dimentional style.
