When would be a good time to bump up campaign difficulty? I struggle with early game but it becomes a steamroll pretty quickly. I'd like if the AI used better units. Seen a dwarf army of 20 miners very bad.

Horseshit, you nonce. They have four LLs in one start location and zero unique mechanics, including Kemmler. Their SINGLE DLC added two chariots and nothing else.

Beastmen are in most dire need of a rework but that won't come until WH3
Warriors of Chaos need a rework too, but again won't come until WH3
Norsca needs a small roster expansion and a new LL, but again I doubt it'll happen until WH3 gif valkia pls
Dwarfs and Vampire Counts have good armies but lackluster mechanics (Dwarfs moreso)
Lizardmen need a rework to the geomantic web. Terrible, terrible, terrible faction mechanic.
Dark Elves need one more lord to bring them up to par with the other WH2 races but they don't really have any big names left to call on.
Tomb Kings could use another non-legendary lord type (mini-Khatep or something) but are otherwise fine
Vampirates, High Elves, Greenskins, Empire, and Bretonnia are all fine
Skaven are sadly the best faction in the game in terms of lords, mechanics, and units.
