Code Vein was a pretty gud game but the hype died because the DLC was the most uninspired overpriced shit.

The game was shit. Actually trash. The only thing it was good for was even the character creator but even that had to be fixed with mods. Why have the character creation be such a big selling point and then make it so whenever you're actually in a level you have to wear a gas mask?

You haven't played many soulslike if CV is the worst. There are plenty that are much worse.

It's alright until you reach Cathedral of the Sacred Blood and then never recovers after that. Their version of O&S is also pretty awful.
