Slippi is just a fork of Dolphin, IIRC for memory access and other odds and ends more suited for rollback implementation. All you need is Slippi, the right Melee ISO, hardware that can run it respectably, and I guess the right port forwarding if that becomes an issue for you.

Would love to play but can't, sweet webms though, we really should have more threads like these. I'm from Chile and recently played with someone in Canada, even with 100 you barely could notice a difference.

Yeah we had one on /vm/ when it was opened but the slow nature of the board made it quite hard to set up matches.
