How likely will this be completely forgotten after 3-4 weeks post-release?? This will be a Watch Dogs 2.0, massive hype pre-release and then everyone forgets it exists after a month.
How likely will this be completely forgotten after 3-4 weeks post-release?? This will be a Watch Dogs 2.0...
not at all because people will be incredibly pissed off if it's bad
I really doubt it can be so bad though, looks genuinely alright
it looks like reskinned skyrim with guns. so fairly unlikely.
You wish. It'll be the new Tortanic posting for a good few months.
0%. Enjoy seeing this on the front page of YouTube and Twitch for months to come.
Highly unlikely
it looks way better and immersive than skyrim
>no ''press to start dialogue'' prompts
>seemingly varied and more immersive stories
>more costumization
I doubt the journos could be pulling so fucking many things out of their asses
its gonna be a good game
im almost certain of it
t.a person who isnt hyped about this game at all
>most unique looking open world RPG in over a decade
>coolest game release this year, just in time for a new console gen launch
>best looking cyberpunk game ever made
>forgotten in 3-4 weeks
You are beyond delusional.
It's nothing like Watch Dogs, it's far beyond it. This is going to be an enormous event, for better and for worse.
It's going to dominate everything for months and the incels are going to seethe kek
Calling it now it will be completely forgotten in 1-2 months max. Even if it’s a 11/10. Nobody will give a fuck about it. Remember God of War or Death Stranding?? Already forgotten like they never existed.
>God of War or Death Stranding
Cyberpunk isn't anything like those games. There's several God of War games and several games with that theme, and Death Stranding is practically just a glorified walking sim.
Calling it now, this is the new Skyrim. They will release mod tools and the game will go strong for 10 years.
>hype on release day
>plebbit and Twitter get hyped and call it the best game ever made in the last 20 years
>publisher pays some popular streamer to play it on twitch
>games gets pumped to 1-2nd most viewed game on Twitch
>players start complaining about performance, bugs, micro transactions or whatever the fuck they can find just so they can complain
>3 days after barely gets 20k live viewers on twitch
>7 days later barely gets 3k viewers on twitch
>1 month later can be found on G2A for $10
Screenshot this and post it a month after release. The retards that pre-ordered it or paid full price will be seething and constantly spamming Zig Forums with cyberpunk threads so they can feel less cucked for paying $60+ for a game with barely any players.
What do you people even mean by 'forgotten'? Fags talked about gow for months, and it was lavished praise.
I think people confuse the completely natural process of a game's overall hyping quietly settling because it actually released, and somehow perceive that as if it's suddenly irrelevant.
I won't be a bad game.
I might not be revolutionary, but it will not be bad. It might be mediocre even, but never bad.
Considering the love Witcher 3 got and how it is still talked about, I imagine CP2077 will last a long time, especially with the multiplayer coming later. I look forward to the Zig Forumsaggot tears and cope as always.
This game will be painfully average, this place will make it seem like a massive failure and some reviewers and jewtubers will be disappointed cause of how much its been hyped up to suck your dick and give you a reach around
Its another boring overhyped open world RPG that will only be talked about in relation to how many sex mods people installed in it years later
>Watch Dogs
>massive hype pre-release
lmao
Haters are going from "everyone will hate it" to "yea sure everyone will like it but they won't talk about after a month". It's some next level cope.
>Watch Dogs 2.0
more like Deus Ex 2.0
Might have the potential to be the next Skyrim. As in, it will have tons of mods that sustain its existence for a decade or more. I think the game will get good reception from both journos and average players as usual, I doubt that it will be panned/hated so soon after release.
Just like how every one forgot about Witcher 3.
You're completely dilusional.
>most unique looking open world RPG in over a decade
Its just deus ex with more neon
It has romance gameplay, that's all you need to know. Waifuism/Husbandoism would fuel this game's discussion for a long time.
Most reception to GoW was negative before its actual release though
How much gas do you have to huff to be this delusional?
Deus ex was not open world. It was a series of rooms. It was a good enough game but it doesn't deserve the praise it gets here. It was as flawed and broken as any other game
it'll be a polished turd like rdr2
>Watch Dogs 2.0
Closer to FFXV 2.0
The game wont have mod support at launch.
>no ''press to start dialogue'' prompts
so how do i start dialogue? is there just no prompt?
This. Watch Dogs 1 was announced after CP2077. Fucking think about that for a moment, we've had three Watch Dogs games made during CP2077's development time. The disappointment for it will be legendary, or it will be a hit and we'll see people praising it. CDPR will release DLC for it, we'll see a free enhanced edition in a few years, or it could be a total bomb critically.
Just walk up to them
>Deus ex was not open world
Mankind divided kinda was. More importantly though, it was more of a sandbox than streamlined crap like cyberpunk has any chance of being.
I would love to see your preview video from when you got to play it.
>How likely will this be completely forgotten after 3-4 weeks post-release??
Extremely likely, it doesn't have the autistic following that the Witcher does, so any post-first month talk is going to be scandals or shitflinging or OH NO NO NO posting.
>Watch Dogs 1 was announced after CP2077
Was CDPR even on anyone's radar prior to TW3?
There's significantly more autism over CP2077 than The Witcher. It's a 40 year old IP and not some obscure slavic book.
Imagine being this willfully ignorant to reality.
dude , the replayabilty of this game is litterary at least 3x times of other games
it will be buggy at release but after 3 months it will be good
hopefully mod support
music mods , torture influencers mods...
We had non-stop threads about TW2 when it came out. Was probably popular on Reddit too. But TW3 sent them to a whole new level. Even that seems niche compared to the attention CP is getting.
I hope there's a mod where I can suck that retarded tranny bitch alanah pearce's cock. Otherwise it's a no buy for me
I have been following CDPR since just before TW1 but I know I am in the minority.
lmao
Cp2077 will make Skyrim seem like a flavor of the month type of game
be prepared to see it everywhere everyday for the next 10 years
