How is cover usage calculated?
Also Elena is fucking hot holy shit.

Is vanquish unpopular?
Yes, this is the best example of "filtered".
Idiots thought it was a cover shooter and the boost mechanic was only for getting to cover faster
I still suck at it so I'm using cover, though slowmo+dodging seems more useful. But there's nothing more fun than boosting > dodging out into slowmo > killing a guy > boosting to the next. Makes me smile. Being good must be a lot more fun.
You're on the right path to becoming good at the game. You can quickly tap boost then dodge to cover massive areas all while recharging
Elena is definitely wifey material.
I'm not sure if boost dodging was an intended mechanic but it completely changes the game when you start using it.
I assume an invisible counter runs whenever you're in cover, and at the end of a section it's divided by your full time in said section, and it scores you depending on that final calculation
Why did they bother to re-release this game but also didn't add anything or fix any of it? It's got a solid framework for a good game hiding behind it being so absolutely bereft of content.
The problem is it can go over 100%, So there's something different.
The content is getting good
i played ZoE and the radio voice lady is also called Elena and the game setting is very similar too with Halo-lie orbital ring
also here is qt recording session for Elena:

Only change that would make it amazing is if melee recharged the bar, so you got rewarded even more for risky plays. As it is, I rarely use melee except on the very last bots or if I trigger it on accident.
This. Or melee has to be an insta-kill. Taking out all energy just makes it not worth it unless it is a finisher (which I'm guessing is what they were going for).
>QTE says to press X
>all face buttons increase the meter
Could be an unintentional mistake that they left in because it was fun. Gamedev always has happy mistakes.
It's only worth getting good at good content. Anyone could learn how to pick up quarters with their asshole, it doesn't mean it's worth doing it.
At good content like platinum games, I agree
What was the point of melee?
Last ditch action when you're out of ammo?
Every time I used it I just got burnt.
lol feel free to 100% TMNT, LoK, Star Fox Zero and Bayonetta 2. Platinum have released almost as many stinkers as they have good games. It's been a long time since they were actually considered synonymous with quality.
FILTERED
Yeah, I filtered bad games out of my life.
So games not by Platinum
This image actually stresses me out
imagine defending Star Fox Zero
Glenn loves spaghetti night.
Are TMNT, LoK, Star Fox Zero and Bayonetta 2 good games that you like to play?
Yes, coming from someone who just played it recently. And there's a reason no one talks about it anymore. The mechanics are sort of at odds with each other, the story is terrible and the game failed to leave an impact.
Cats shouldnt eat spaghetti :((
Another case of shitter thinking they know anything about the game... Sad!
Holy filtered
I would love a sequel, but Sega is so fucking stupid that they would probably let one of the platform holders fund it and keep as an exclusive like they with Bayonetta 2 and now with 3.
