Alright, how would we conceive the best arcade racing game ever?
My take:
>Outrun 2 driving
>Burnout paradise Takedown and Boost system
>Split Second attacks
The ultimate arcade racing game
not being a mario kart like is a great start
but Blur was so good
so good only 3 peoples played it.
amount of people that play a game =/= how good the game is
Daytona 2, Ridge Racer Type-4, Outrun 2
> =/=
fucking newfags
Race Driver: GRID mixed with the light story elements of Ridge Racer 4, with several road courses' aesthetics and layouts drawing inspiration from the PS1 era Need for Speed games.
And Dethkarz was even better
fpbp
this cracka know what's up
Carpenter Brut in the soundtrack. Put robotic arms on the hoods of the cars that can punch and wield weapons, and Speed Racer jump jacks.
FUEL open world exploration
Motorstorm approach to track design & vehicle types.
FlatOut 2 physics.
midnight club 3 remix
/thread
based
>GTA tier driving
It came out in the same week as RDR
>FlatOut 2 physics.
why not directly Wreckfest?
fuck RDR
>can choose to win by eliminating your opponents instead of placing 1st like in Carmageddon
>can repair the car while racing like in Ep 1 Racer
that's all I got
>be retarded
>t. never played the game
This desu but the rubberbanding was out of control.
NFS Most Wanted but the blacklist is dynamic and random
NFS Carbon but crews fight more over the territory and the crew members are more useful
Wreckfest is an abomination which tried to have middle ground between Flatout 1 and Flatout 2 physics.
The truth is - there is no middle ground between the two which is not shit.
SRB2Kart
but with Steam functionalities.
This
But sadly it died quickly
did MC3 have any rubberbanding? you can get an insane lead in that game if you know what you're doing.
>SRB2Kart
NFS Underground.
Still the best
Steam winter sales when?
But Modnation was great
Pretty sure it did. I don't remember how good I was but I managed to beat Tokyo.
Re-release NFS:Carbon
