eh might be easier since we make a character, there's some really nice thicker female meshes on nexus but you have to do whacky shit to play as them if you don't want to just look and oogle.
I'll safely bet good money there will 100% be new outfits, tattoos, hair, body mods and a very janky 3rd person camera mod at the least a "vanity cam" which should have been baseline.

I don't think CDPR ever put together a decent modkit. TW2 had one but it was very difficult to use, and TW3 never really had a fully functional one, the mods which do exist just try to get around its lack of features.
I doubt we will get proper mod support for CyberPunk either, since they love to advertise themselves with the FREE DELCEH stuff, it's a lot less meaningful if xXJohnny369Xx can put together more involved and interesting quests on his own. Especially the JALI tech for lip sync, as neat as it is, is likely a massive hindrance to modding, as most hobbyists don't have access to mocap studios.

Because it's a semi-optimized day0 PS4(pro) version running off a slow HDD. Plus there's video compression(but that's only a minor downgrade).

I'm only playing on PC so I think even the Xbox One X version looks kinda bad. I've heard the PS4 is worse than the Xbox One X so I guess this level of graphics has to be expected.
