The same I told you yesterday, fagget.

I'm honestly surprised that they made that episode in TTG. It felt so immature, pety, and unprofessional that it's a wonder how it was approved to air.

It legitimately felt like a YouTuber making a video to complain about his audience.

DmC, TLoU, ME3.

thundercats roar got cancelled btw

If you think about it user, honestly how many people are actually watching tv these days? Especially kids. I honestly think the only do shit like this for “clippable moments” so autist with share it and get it trending on twitter so they can prove to the dying tv execs that their show is still relevant

I havent watched much of TTG, just what I used to hear in the background when my little sister left the TV on CN years ago.

But I watched that 200th epsiode special a couple years back and it was actually pretty funny and good.

Well TTG is already immature and unprofessional normally, so why are you surprised they acted petty as well?

>make show who's only redeeming feature is its animation, which is only slightly impressive by today's standards because of how far the medium of 2d animation has fallen
>everything else is trash
they deserved it. if they put the same amount of effort into the artstyle and writing as they did some of the animation the show could have worked.

Bet you liked the try hard weeb version, didn't you?

BK: Nuts & Bolts

Context? I don't watch cartoons intended for 12 year olds.

>immature, petty, and unprofessional
That's TTG in a nutshell

Lego Dimensions made fun of Shadow the Hedgehog

I don't understand why people act like the original Teen Titans cartoon was somehow overly edgy and tryhard when it had shit like this:

The original TT cartoon was already a sillier and light hearted version of the Teen Titans comic, TTG simply takes all that to 11, ditching the serious stuff completely.

And it gets worse, the creator of TCR didn't even watch or like the ordinal Thunder Cats and is the picture perfect example of nu-male.

seconding this

Shadow the hedgehog fans make fun of shadow the character has not been played straight for years.

>Reboot of Thundercats, an old cartoon, comes out
>Almost none of the fans of the original series like it, complain about it for a long time online
>The show makes a crossover episode with Teen Titans Go
>At the end of the episode the original voice actor for Thundercats's main character makes a cameo as the character with the old design, saying that the reboot is good and everyone that doesn't like it is a poopy head with poop opinions

Basically there was a TTG and ThunderCats Roar crossover, people didn't like TCR when it got announced, so the crossover was about the Titans trying to get it cancelled by getting signatures and acting like retards, in the end they just learn TCR is actually great and we should all watch it.
Also the episode ends with the original Lion-O appearing, saying that TCR is good and that anyone who disagrees has a poop mouth with poop opinions.

Teen titans go tends to insult itself, not the fanbase or the original series

Cringe, this is why Maxwell Atoms left CN.

I usually think that comments saying "both sides are bad" are disingenuous but TTG's writers are just as obsessed with hating the old show's fans as the old show's fans are with hating TTG. Brave and the Bold took jabs at nerds who hated it on the premise of it being a lighter show but in the very same breath gave a genuine pitch to those fans stating the show's love for Batman's versatility would show if they just gave it a chance.

This skit was so good, but I have no reason why they thought Chicken Boo was the worst character of old Animaniacs, I guess it just worked best with the gag

Danganronpa V3

Source? Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles could use a friend in the "shitty reboot" graveyard.

TTG's staff actually really likes the source material, it just can make jokes about it. Look at the crossover with the 2003 series, there's genuine love there. Meanwhile the team behind TCR is headed by a guy who has hated Thundercats since childhood.

What's extra fucked is the context behind it all. This episode was entirely the TTGO writer's decision, the people behind TCR weren't even aware of the episode until it aired. It doesn't help how not only the entire episode dedicated to literally calling people who didn't like Roar and TTGO manbabies, they also made a tactless joke in the episode about Panthro's old VA dying.

In the end, Roar took the brunt of the backlash while TTGO effectively threw Roar under the bus.

Personally I hated the hippos, I remember joining a stream years ago where they'd always skip over those segments.
