This. Skyrim proved that extremely aggressive marketing is all you need it's been a huge commercial success but the game is one of the worst pieces of shit I have played in the last 15 years. The people who've actually played CP2077 describe the combat as "competent" . The graphics are bad on console because it's targeted at a lowest common denominator of base Xbone and PS4. Also note:

"Almost all forthcoming games except Demons Souls are cross-gen. In the case of CP2077 there is no PS5 or Series X/S port, you just buy a PS4 (Pro) or Xbox One (X) copy and get digitally served an enhanced graphics pack in mid 2021."
