I can see some material and texture size differences but why the fuck is this picture so damn small?

they dont want you seeing how better the e3 actually is

Remember when Digital Foundry called us all retards because it was just an artistic choice

does anyone actually play AAA games anymore?

Yes, everyone outside of this horrible, porn-obsessed, depressed, anti-social hive of scum and villainy plays AAA games. Like it or not without AAA games, gaming wouldn't exist

I want to hit him in the face with a hammer. Not because of the Spider-man game I haven't played, but just because of his expression.

>without AAA games, gaming wouldn't exist
AAA games didn't always exist

>Like it or not without AAA games, gaming wouldn't exist

>AAA games didn't always exist

AAA means "high budget" So if it somehow didn't exist you'd only be playing the kind of games that are listed under the "indie" tag on Steam.

>AAA means "high budget"
i'd argue there's more to it than that, but most games i play are mid-budget titles with target audiences. i think that's the biggest issue i have, AAA games can't afford to have target audiences.

WHY DID THE RED TURN ORANGE FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

Sorry, but they fucking showed us something running on ps4, i want my puddles if your gonna add in gay flags and BLM propaganda

You don't have anything to argue. AAA is a tern used by developers and publishers themselves. Simple as that. It originated with the film industry,

You do realize that NYC has a "LGBT district" right? You think it's unrealistic for there to be one fucking gay flag in the entire city? God you people are snowflakes

they do some terrible stuff. Their paid nvidia shilling was probably the worst.

having a big budget necessarily implies qualitative differences in every aspect of development.

That was neogaf though

>having a big budget necessarily implies qualitative differences in every aspect of development.

OK? Regardless, if it's high budget it's AAA. If it isn't, it isn't.

still Zig Forums
Reddit? that's also Zig Forums
Resetera? Guess what, it's also Zig Forums

>You think it's unrealistic for there to be one fucking gay flag in the entire city?
It’s unrealistic if they outnumber the amount of US flags, yes. Why are bootlickers like you so disingenuous with your arguments?

Are you claiming that the number of gay flags in NYC in Spider-Man (2018) outnumber the amount of American flags? What's your source?

It did genuinely look like it got downgraded but the fact that you guys decided to focus on the puddles and call it "puddlegate" just made everyone laugh it off. You made genuine complaints sound ridiculous, so good job on that guys.

so if it implies qualitative differences, it also implies that there is more to AAA than simply "high budget".

>if it is, it is. if it isn't, it isn't
i'm not even sure what rhetorical territory you're retreating to now. big budget games didn't always exist, enthusiast projects marketed to enthusiasts pre-date AAA as a business model. indie games and mid-budget titles exist. if AAA games didn't exist, then games would still exist.

They were right

Bottom unironically looks better.
Top looks like a fucking river. Surely that's a building code violation somewhere.

Did they patch in the E3 graphics back? I'm sure the PS5 can handle that

There is a lot of pent up anger over the insertion of political pandering and vast over representation of gay people in media is a part of it. Gay people are around 1-2 percent of the us population but they’re damn near 1/3 of the characters on television fiction.

NYC also has puddles, but my game has none. Pretty unrealistic to me, chief.

Did the release version even have reflections of that quality in its puddles?
The E3 version looks like what they would do now to advertise Raytracing, which is an exclusively next-gen feature, so to pretend that a native PS4 game would have that level of reflections is obvious bullshit

So E3 trailer was in fact the PS5 version huh

you forgot Sony rent free in that pic

i don't trust anything from them unless it's a multiplatform game comparison.
