What vidya are you thinking of picking up for Black Friday? What do you think you'll be playing on Thanksgiving

I'm a pirate, I'm still looking forward to Cyberpunk but I really hope it just leaks early, people already have console copies but someone has yet to upload the game online

I don't care about either of these things, but I'll try out Noita if I have the time.

The only copies that have leaked are ps4 copies so I doubt it will leak early. I'm curious how fast it will be for it to show up on pirate sites compared to just purchasing and preloading. That's the only reason I'm thinking of just buying it.

I hope it shows up sooner or later, I've been looking forward to it all year and it being delayed just because they stretched themselves too thin and had to make sure it worked on all consoles sucked

I bought Resident Evil 2 Remake from Best Buy today. I loved Resident Evil 4, but I know 2 is a pretty different game but I'm still excited.

I've got a huge backlog of 3DS games to play afterwards, too. I think I associate mobile gaming with the holidays because I always would go home and play stuff on handhelds during college breaks, so I'm excited to laze around all day and play some DS/3DS cult classics.

i don't have enough money to waste them on games, so i tend to pirate only.
and we don't celebrate thanksgiving in our country, so i don't even know when it is, but i'm going to be playing lobotomy corporation for the next multiple weeks.

How do you feel about all the tortanic doom and gloom surrounding the game?

RE2 is the perfect remake if you're a 4 fan. It's the best of both worlds.

Nothing. I more or less have everything I want at the moment. As for what I'm going to play, either Ryza or Bloodstained.

I want no more heroes. Going through all the Suda games. only played Killer 7 before. Playing 25th ward right now and it is batshit insane.

I'm emulating the ps3 version of it and it's fucking awesome.

Finally getting around to playing Subnautica. My deep (pun intended) fear of the sea makes the game extra spooky. The far-off moans and groans of giant sea creatures in the murky waters really get me.

Hope you enjoy it, I wasn't able to find much enjoyment with it but user told me to push on through chapter 6 and see if it clicks. Maybe you'll need to hear that too.

There's atleast one mod who makes all those Haruhi gets happen and I'd like to think he's on my side but I could be wrong and he only moderates Zig Forums.

Maybe once every two months.
Usually because I decide to have fun for once and post old Zig Forums culture or something off-topic, or troll Zig Forums.

There are no hard rules on permabans escalating from regular bans, mods just hand them out sometimes if they feel like you've been enough of a hassle.

honestly, rules that forbid "offtopic" are kind of cancerous, restrictive, too vague and are frequently abused by mods to just delete what they don't like.

Why the PS3 version? It’s worse than the original Wii version.

I hope the mod I bother every Sunday with this thread doesn't permaban me one day. But it'd be my best chance of being set free from this website.

Because I wasn't sure if I could play with a ds4 while emulating the wii version. It seems fine to me though.

all from Walmart's Black "Friday" sale that starts online on Wednesday using a $100 gift card I got from redeeming Credit Card reward points

Plus Other Wilds from PSN once I get some extra PSN bucks tomorrow since it's like $23 on PSN Black Friday

Here's my Black Friday haul by the way.

13 Sentinels, Persona 5 Royal, Catherine Full Body, Ghost of Tsushima. It should all be arriving on Thanksgiving and the new Haruhi book will be out then too. Should be very comfy.

And this time of year is really making me want to replay/reread steins;gate.

There's a rumor running around that Hiro is encouraging mods to ban more frequently so anons might be tempted to buy a Zig Forums pass.

Infrequently. A couple times a year. Usually short periods of time but I did get a month ban once. Most were for racism, a couple for NSFW, and then the rest were for random shit that a mod didn't like. Almost all my bans felt like they happened because a mod got pissy.

How does the pass circumvent bans? Are mods just more likely to leave you alone if you're paying the site?

They've certainly been banning more since the 4channel split, but that was to be expected.

I have, ignoring the ones that scream "I'm shitposting for the sake of shitposting" (like anything Barry says about the game). That's why I was not going to buy it until I got to $30 or below. Not paying $60 for a part of a "remake" that is more of a "rebuild"
