Yeah. There is even a quest to find it after the story ends. You can install it on yourself and get the achievement "A Parting Gift"

I think the quest line where you had to "Kill all the cyber trannies" was a bit much.

What was really problematic is every time you got a kill your main character kept saying "Cocks off to you, sir!"

the team were really autistic to think that the seventh one needed to have its head removed(with a katana), pick it up, bring it to the corpo ripper doc, have them harvest all cyberware and use the serial numbers to track down the chop shop that they were bought from. And to make it even worse, you had to go back to the scene(and hope to god the scavs haven't been yet) and check their biomons for the receipt. Only for the quest to end with the big reveal that it was an advanced(and convoluted) form of suicide.

visit the Mox gang headquarters. They have the option to improve its accuracy with the help of dolls. But make sure to switch it to pleasure mode before you start pumping.

Finished it earlier today. Thought the ending was kind of a copout. They built up that you'll either have to delete the consciousness of Johnny from your brain or let him take it over... and then they chicken out of that choice by letting you transplant it to an android body, just so the game can have a token happy ending.
