Okay Zig Forums. What would you like to see in a cyberpunk game? It could be anything from influence, to mechanics or music etc.

personal responsibility instead of keanu in my head

small bombs i can feed to people.

I just want the futuristic megacity to look like a megacity. With multiple Burj Khalif-tier skyscrapers and a feeling like you could get lost in a jungle of buildings. It doesn't really look like that save for that one bullshot of the intersection over the river that everyone always posts.

I think it certainly should have layers of the city. So you could go from the sunny top where the rich live to the shitty surface with the slums and pollution where the lost live.

Lawrence Fishburn selling redpills.

Yeah exactly! And you should see how the level of cleanliness and safety gradually decreases the further you go down. With the bottom levels barely seeing any sunlight,

You can "complete" the game without doing the main story. You don't have to have keanu chungus in your head if you don't want to

Would you be okay if the game is set in a more fictional setting instead of trying to be forced into a more realistic one?

EYE 2 with a big budget

Nanomachines are a must, of course.

I would prefer it to be more fictional. It's more fun that way. Cyberpunk is a fantasy setting, many aspects of it could never be realistic anyway. Let there be homeless people with fancy looking bionics if it's what people want.

Sure, it should have a reputation system based on your interaction with certain groups and the type of guy you are playing. The game shouldn't tell you what is wrong and right, just give you options and make you face the consequences.

Some actual cyberpunk would be nice.

It is certainly easier to avoid drama that way, not to mention you can have liberties with the environment big time.

So far ITT Zig Forums has described Cyberpunk 2077

If Cyberpunk 2077 is so great, then why there is no Cyberpunk 2078?

what is it about cyberpunk as a genre that's turned everyone on this board in fucking retards?

It is hip to hate on a popular title, not to mention the "genre" is so widespread it could mean anything from a realistic setting with weird tech to a 1980s OVA anime world with robot catgirls fighting sentinent monster trucks. Also the aesthetic too can be anything from run down IRL to flying cars and shiny cities.

The city looks too generic bro. Like it could be any old city.

I'd like to see a bunch of current day leftist game Journalists breaking the immersion in my cyber future game, including the primary antagonist of the game being one of the most popular western film actors of all time....I'd like to also hear run the jewels rapping about checkpoints when I listen to the in game radio, because Run the Jewels will exist in 2077.....
Nah honestly if you can kill all of these leftist journo NPC's I will definitely buy this game, somehow I doubt it tho

JetSet 77

NO RAPE NO BUY

Primary weapon choice influencing dialogue options. For example, pulling your sidearm and shooting the person you're talking to or shivving them with mantis blades. Or just breaking their neck with a punch from gorilla arms.

That's a nice idea. It would make sense to motivate people that way.

Did you even played Cyperpunk 2075 or 76?

You probably can't.

Cyberpunk 2075 was okay. In all honesty the prime of the series was before Cyberpunk 2K, I would say between 1900 and 1999.

I don't believe these casuals only noticed the franchise on it's 2077th iteration.

>music
something more cyberpunkish and simply better than mumble rap, for example Susumu Hirasawa

Would you prefer having on demand radio or actual bgm to the world or perhaps a hybrid?

Perhaps one would wonder why bloat the budget by licensing and using celebs and e-celebs?

The game should stream music live from soundcloud

hybrid would be cool, but I don't really care about radio music as long as bgm is top-notch
