I think you don't even get karma penalties from digging graves in New Vegas. Also I'd argue that burying bodies with valuable materials with them in the post-apocalypse is immoral because you are deliberately destroying things that would have been useful. If you bury them because you can't carry your dead buddy's stuff only to return and dig it up later, that I do understand.

But how do the inhabitants of the wasteland know? Is it implied that your character just blurts it out off-screen when introducing themselves?

Classic Fallout had a limited amount of equipment but every upgrade was tangible.

Now you have a shitload of retarded cosplay outfits, all with magic enchantments that increase your skills magically, severely downplaying the importance of your stats and skills.
