This feels like Blizzard wants to downplay the release. The only reason i can assume is that its still not finished and they didnt want to delay it again. So they are hoping a dogshit launch client can be downplayed and improved later for a marketing blitz while keeping the sad no standards paypigs on the teat in the interim.

If you haven't noticed, the more an xpac is shilled and promoted the better it is. WoD MOST LIKELY ran out of budget considering the insane marketing they had for it, but there was so much scrapped, removed, no content. I'd like to believe they put their whole wow budget on the actual game this time.
I only play for mythic plus with friends, I hope the new mythics will be fun.
