Nipples on males are vestigial features that would have developed as full mammary glands had an individual posses XX sex chromosome or suffers from Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome. The Y Chromosome is what instructs a developing organism to have it's ambiguous sex organs to develop as testes and produce the hormones to make the "default female" into male. Men have nipples because humans by default will develop physically as females without the Y chromosomes. It's why those that have the disorder to be X0, they are still females.
