H-scenes when you lose are not nearly as bad as people make them out to be. You just need the following:
>quick access to enemies
>quick way of losing, usually via an item or at least a key that puts you at the brink of losing
>scene gallery (preferably which unlocks the scenes when you win as well)

Here's my idea for an action h game

It's a kirby clone where you play as a summoner who summon a variety of monster girls by absorbing the souls of defeated enemies and using them as offerings to summon the monster girls. When you summon a monster girl you basically control them like a stand master and order them with the attack button. You can also do special attacks by combining different directional inputs with attack buttons. Being able to fuck a world boss after defeating them is also possible in this game can be skipped if not wanted.The main appeal of this game is the extreme fanservice, sex scenes and action combat combined to make the ultimate coomer action game.
