Bernie! Bernie! Bernie!

based. i can go to sleep now.

Autism

Same for me

I still depise the new character design of the game. They are just so unemotive and look like dead dolls most of the time.

>amazing strategic gameplay and all the challenge you could ever want

I don't feel challenged at all. Playing the hardest difficulty blind.

>great story and character
>amazing gameplay
Huh? Nigga r u on crack?

I only come to these threads for the Bernie poster and ineveitable lewds. I haven't even played 3 houses

I can't believe how many wet dreams of mine this game fulfilled

>unarmed combat
>mounting/dismounting
>personalized spell lists
>any character can be any class
>weapon skill level caps on classes
>More or less than 3 supports
>fist weapons
>milf character
>an overworld to explore
>interacting with units outside of battle and supports to learn more about them
>Each individual unit has more plot screentime and doesn't disappear from cutscenes after recruitment

It even seemed to in a way apologize for Fates. The DLC is not 5$ per map bullshit anymore and all the games routes are in a single package. This games crime is being too ambitious. Too many things to develop and not enough resources for them.
also the soundtrack is extremely hit or miss when all three of the previous games had homeruns.

>great characters and story
Characters are mostly great with some exceptions like Ignatz or Gilbert but the story has some really dumb moments and the entirety of CF is retarded. Blue Lions route is great though even though the story kinda glosses over the useless slithers.
>innovations that move the franchise forward in a meaningful way
I agree.
>amazing strategic gameplay and all the challenge you could ever want
No. The game is one of the easiest in the franchise, there are pieces there to have some excellent strategic gameplay but the maps, objectives and enemy placements are bland as fuck for the most part. It's not bad mind you, but nothing extraordinary.
>best battle animations in the genre
The GBA and DS games had better crit animations
>absolutely dogshit framerate and butt ugly overhead map during battles
I agree.

Flawed game but I still loved it.

same, don't think I'll ever play it unless I find a used switch somewhere for dirt cheap

here's your (You) faggot

Only a literal child would think these points are true

Turning into shitsona is not innovation.

Keep these as is
>unarmed combat
>mounting/dismounting
>any character can be any class
>More or less than 3 supports
>fist weapons
Keep these but make it less shit
>milf character
>an overworld to explore
>interacting with units outside of battle and supports to learn more about them
>Each individual unit has more plot screentime and doesn't disappear from cutscenes after recruitment
Remove these
>weapon caps on classes
>personalized spell lists

There, now the next FE will be even better than TH.

Here's what they need to do
1. Remove the bullshit school/social shit. It does nothing but drag the game down and attracts the worst fanbase imaginable. Exists purely to pad the game
2. Remove "player characters". At minimum they should have incredibly limited impact. No more player main characters. Does nothing but damage the narrative
3. Don't overuse gimmick shit. Big creatures are fun sometimes but often they feel like a slog. They overuse gimmicks a lot in new FE games.
4. Bring back enemy recruitment and vary the recruitments. I strongly dislike the streamlining of recruitments in the new FE games. Virtually everyone is recruited essentially the exact same way.
5. No more of this anyome can be any class crap. Commit to design. They did a way better job making characters more involved in the plot yo add some identity but they took two steps back from their GAMEPLAY identity which is just as important.
Elsewise I thought they did some good things in this game. Weapon durability and repairs was good. Maybe resources should have been tighter though. I felt like they were scared of unrecoverable states and drowned the player in money. The plot in the later half was a whole hell of a lot better than Fates and Awakening, good to see more tradition here. More of this please.

What I was thinking is we keep the personalized spell lists but we also bring back tomes. So the characters can have their own (limited use, replenishing) spells that don't require tomes and can expand their utility with being given tomes.

Also name one thing bad about Manuela.

>Playing the hardest difficulty blind.
If you weren't blind you'd realize you lost your first battle and were booted to the main menu 30 hours ago.
To the person reading this to you out loud: you have my sympathy.

>No more of this anyone can be any class crap
Fuck you buddy that was a great new change to the franchise, adds both tons of replayablity and experimentation. The only problem with the class stuff in TH was that they weren't balanced, I want the next game to keep that mechanic but maybe make it so fliers don't outclass almost everything else.

>2. Remove "player characters". At minimum they should have incredibly limited impact. No more player main characters. Does nothing but damage the narrative

Nah. Player characters are fine, and Byleth and Robin are especially fine. Take your butthurt somewhere else.

I'm never going to agree with you on this. It drstroys any semblance of unit identity. It makes characters feel barely different from one another. Its shit.

>Robin
>The guy who makes no mistakes and everyone loves him immediately including the villains and saves the day using deus ex machina constantly
You have to be braindead to think this.

The class shit is not a new change. They started doing it in Shadow Dragon on the DS ages ago.

fpbp

You are a child.

It removes unit identity, was already "bad" in awakening and fates and both those games had a limited class pool per character, now that you can make everyone everything, gender locked classes aside, in this game it boils down to who gets what spell pool, id say combat arts too but most of them are pretty worthless besides the ones that force doubling

>unit identity

STUPID DRAGON!

The monastery was good. It just was completely pointless after Part 1.
Agree with the rest of this.

good bait
