Don't meant to shit on it too hard but I don't think MGS4 will ever be on anything other than a Sony console. It literally has PS3™ built into the dialogue and gameplay.
Otacon has 4th wall breaking joke about the wonders of PS3™ hardware when entering the smelting area of Shadow Moses.It's not even a hidden Easter egg either, the codec interrupts you to tell you it.
Snake also use a a literal DS3™ controller in-game to control the MkII.
Unless Nintendo is willing to remake and re-model parts of the game, including paying Otacon's VA for new lines, I don't think it will ever happen.
