The switch to a bigger cast seems to be really well received as well. Its a better way to do it like this, instead of having to play through 5 characters' stories and watch them collide only at the end.

While I think this game is decent (mostly for the story, setting, new characters, side content, etc). I definitely agree that JRPGs are for fags (it's inherently a skill-less genre). Like a Dragon was an interesting experiment, but I want 8 to play like a true Yakuza game again. Especially after Judgment showed that they were slowly improving the dragon engine combat. Dragon Quest and Persona shitters will have to look for another series to hijack, Yakuza will NEVER EVER belong to them.
