The obvious choice would be BrĂ¼tal Legend, but Mad Max works amazingly well with metal. Some of my favourite vidya memories are playing that game with some old school metal playing in the background

>Mad Max works amazingly well with metal Similarly, you can listen to just about any Blind Guardian album while playing Dragon's Dogma and it's a phenomenal experience.
Agreed. I'm not even such a big metalhead anymore, but I think metal should be in more vidya that fits the mood. The intensity of it can be so fucking satisfying, and it doesn't even have to be an overly edgy game either. We're talking about Mad Max and Dragon's Dogma, not even Hatred, Doom or some bullshit like that. There's just something about beating up a bunch of fodder enemies to a beautiful riff that just pumps you full of adrenaline even if you're just sitting in your underwear with a controller in your hands
I always thought Four Shadows sounded like a video game OST. Like a fighting game or an action-rpg. White Freckles has that effect too, and Pink Slime could be part of some fake commercial in any game that has fake commercials. Hell, isn't Black Ballerina on this album too? It has vidya potential as well. Why hasn't anybody contacted him to do a video game's OST yet? He would crush it.
