At current rate should I just wait for the Ti/super version?
At current rate should I just wait for the Ti/super version?
Since it's coming out in a week, probably.
Just fucking wait until, next year. Currently there are 0 games that need this amount of power
might as well just wait for the 50 series at this point
its safe to invest in a 1660 super now and just wait for a 3080/ti/super next year? I just want to drop my 970
They'll be over priced and still scalped for six months
I we t from a 670 to a 1060 and It made my pc able to play AAA games at high settings at 30fps/1080. Pretty good for a 140 dollar upgrade after 10 years.
>ordered a 3080 in september
>still not shipped
That or jump into the queue for one of EVGA's cards. They have everyone take a number when you buy directly from them.
That's what I'm doing at least.
The current 30XX series doesn't have enough vram for me.
Me too.
Between the gtx 1660 and gtx 1050 ti, which is better? I have a small form factor. I will get something better in the near future but not yet.
>Between the gtx 1660 and gtx 1050 ti, which is better
1660 super its the best invest you can make if you want to play 1080@60
Those will be sold out for at least half a year too, don't worry
I own a 3080, the vram is literally not an issue lmao
>finally ships
>nignog steals it
It will be once open world games catch up to current tech.
This is why I hope AMD gets their shit together with these damn drivers.
Their card has 16GB VRAM, better able to handle large games. But if their drivers are still shit, then Nvidia wins again.
I wonder which will happen first, the base models coming back in stock or NVidia announcing the Ti versions
The muh covid excuse is fucking bullshit, there's fucking Ryzen 5000 bundles in stock on Newegg right now yet RTX 3000 has been out of stock for literally months? Yeah sure thing jewvidia
The later
1050ti is shit, get any 1660, avoid the stock version, go for super or ti
>go for super or ti
which one is better?
I went ahead and bought this
Congrats you got ripped off
lol
yeah you got raped buddy. add 700 dollars to this price for the card and even then u got bodied.
Ti is barely better (about 5-10%)
Super is better value
Yeah but look how cool the LEDs are on his gamer rig. That's gotta be worth $400
I bought off a scalper. The price was only £70 more than buying the card at retail so I thought fuck it. I'm now two grand in to a new build and kinda wishing I just bought a console but ... fuck it, I'm in this room now.
>$2k
user, I...
>$2000
>radiator mounted upside-down
ah yes, the quality you expect with MSi
I just got a 2060 super today. Was going to wait but fuck it. I really needed to stop using a 980 lol.
Or any prebuilt in general.
posted on the nvidia reddit to laugh at fags and some are telling me that there would be no stock at MSRP before summer 2021. Unless samsung starts to have proper yields which seems unlikely.
