People are complaining that there's no classes and that it's somehow not an RPG, imagine how limiting it would be if you were shoehorned into a highly specific police unit for the entire game like that.
They're cool and I hope you get the opportunity to work alongside them for a quest but wouldn't want the entire game to revolve around it.
