these games are fine, the gameplay is nothing special but it has good ost and presentation.
I don't know if I grew up or just changed taste but the cheesy dialogue made me cringe a few times in AC7, probably the worst story out of any AC (and that's saying a lot) and told through these garbage cutscenes too.

People were thirsty as fuck for a new game so they overhyped 7. If you look at it critically you'd see that the story sucked massive balls, a lot of the missions were weak and the final mission is terrible when it's eclipsed by the previous one.
