Play whichever has the most appealing classes to you. 5 has the necro-loli, and Nexus have the most popular classes from all the games.
For Nexus, it doesn't matter if you won't pick up all the references in the dialogue and boss encounters, because the story doesn't really matter and the game will teach you everything you need.

I hyped the game up to my EO loving friends.
Even convinced the local game shop owner to sell it to me two days early.
The game disappointed me so hard, never even bothered to finish it.
It was so fucking garbage.
Name another mystery dungeon where your teammates run away from you and are impossible to catch.

Well user, the reason Himukai is in the ranking is simply because he makes doujins, even if they're not allowed to be about EO he's in the field. Therefore as the character designer he defaults to first place. MS is the best for just the similar style though.

Since someone else is asking for help in finding art, I guess I will too. I'm looking for a piece of concept art detailing the science behind the tree. Specifically about how light gets into the various strata through this very large hole that manipulates the light and spreads it throughout the labyrinth. The closest thing I could find to that is this colorful piece of art from the Untold artbook (bottom right of pic related). I asked about it on the Etrian General on /vg/ months ago and I still haven't found it.
