it's okay, horizon makes the gameplay a lot less awful than vanilla but it's still a beth game in the end
coomer mods are a lot more limited than skyrim because of engine changes and lack of frameworks that enable all the complex shit in skyrim, but they are still decent and much cleaner on a technical level than sexlab despite having less features

Skyrim mods made me rate it from a 2/10 game to a 10/10 game though, so I don't know what you mean about this. Is the gameplay going to be as good as a modded skyrim

it depends on your taste, you can make it into a pretty decent looter crafter shooter but it sill doesn't have much in the way of non-combat interactions or lots of different weapons and equipment to find or lots of new environments and interesting places to explore
the lack of equipment variety can be improved a lot by mods, but even with patches the varying quality and mechanics of the items between mods can be annoying. It's an issue with skyrim mods too, but at least with skyrim you have enough variety in the base game that you can get by fine without having to install new equipment mods
I'd say that with mods it's at least worth a playthrough (especially far harbor), but it's definitely not as open ended as skyrim

Fallout 4 modding stagnated very early into it's lifespan.
there's nothing you can install to make Fallout 4 not Fallout 4.
No matter what you add into it, it'll still be Fallout 4.
You'll still be exploring the same dull lifeless Commonwealth.
You'll still be fighting Raiders and Super Mutants that use Pipe (or similar) weapons.
You'll still be dealing with the 4 dialogue choices (no, the mod that adds more options doesn't fix how dull the limitted system was because effectively all you're doing is making shortcuts to buying or saying goodbye, all you're doing is shortening encounters when they needed to be more impactful)
You'll still eventually be doing the same quests even if take the Thuggy/Seddo pill.
You still won't be able to do anything with Settlements passed making a farm and a shop, even if you install Sim Settlements and all it's bastard children.
If all you want to do is Cum, go for it. Skyrim will still be better at doing that though. But if you want to actually play the game, any other Fallout game will let you do what you want to do with more options and with more depth. Yes, even unironically 76.

Fallout 4 mod scene is totally dead, since the game itself is way too ingrained in looting and crafting to not feel like any other game, and far too sterile and boring to be interesting.
If you’re looking for coomer content, Skyrim is still the preferred game, among other 3D games actually made for coomer content.

none that are worth it. if you want the ultimate porn game, you need to make it yourself. that said, skyrim SE is much more user friendly than LE ever was. use Mod organizer 2 and install in a reasonable order based on type, and you should be good to go. use this. tesgeneral.com
