Holy shit can we talk about this game?
Shit was fucking fantastic, and that soundtrack is on point.
Also that fucking ending man.
Also that fucking difficulty spike at the end, holy shit. I wonder how many people got filtered.

I keep hearing about this game being good, but still have no idea what's it about.
A Rat who gets rezzed by the Rat God and has a chance to live his final days. The God also gives him the ability to turn back time up to a certain point, (basically only till his last day's beginning, he will still die at the end) Eventually his "heart" starts talking and they're basically together living his last days...
Then you got to go in for the rest of the story , which while basic, is very good.
I really don't care about the story, gameplay is what matters. Sound decent though.
It's a rhythm platformer and is actually pretty technical
I passed this up when the limited edition was out, it looked really clunky and gimped for a rhythm game, is it actually any good? All videos of it look kinda shit.
Play the demo, assburger
>wasting my time downloading the demo to try a game that looks shit.
No faggot, you're trying to sell me on it so why not type a fucking description of why I should bother.
Looks like egs shit
Spoonfeeding faggots who can't make decisions for themselves isn't in my job description
Then what are you doing here trying to shill the game then you fucking queer, fuck off.
This, and at times it can be, but once you get the controls down you're solid, though some levels at world 6 can be fucking infuriating to get used to the gimmick though if you got that far it's nothing you can't get through.
Nigga it's there for a reason, give it a shot, if you don't like the demo you probably won't like it. It's a rhythm platformer, you jump, dash, and homing attack to the beat of some excellent songs.

Probably one of my favorites, the main theme.
It's probably my 2020 GOTY, its basically perfect aside from some minor bugs I encountered
Breath of Forest best song
then you better find a new pitch buddy, i just got my whole fuckin shekels worth
I played a bit of the demo, it's okay
Not $39.99 okay though
This is more of a $19.99 title
Reminder that you can emulate the game RIGHT now using Yuzu

This gives me hopes for mods, I want to see some custom songs since I'm now fresh out of content after Sing every hard level
Honestly even though I played the 39.99 I do feel it should have been 29.99 at MAX.
Though the soundtrack was way too good. It's obvious that price to pay for all the artists that did the high quality tracks.
she looks like she mates with white men
She's Asian, probably does.
Precision platformer with a rudimentary rhythm component, ala crypt of the necrodancer level of rhythm.
Rhythm portion is pretty crude, looks like almost the entire game is just straight 4/4 with a few 2x or 1/2 x in normal, and only gets more serious in hard mode.
Platformer portion looks like it's the technical part. There's a gigantic homing button that you need to lean the whole way through to make the timing gimic work.
I'm going to give it a proper shot when it's convinent. Fuck yuzu.
Here's the soundrack:

Mimolette is the best introduction to a song in the game
Prove me wrong
You can't
Why are women such parasites?

better soundtrack with proper tags
>Official release of the soundtrack from the special edition doesn't include all of the tracks
>It doesn't even have tags and labels
It's truly baffling to me
It sounds like NISA really bungled up the soundtrack.
If it's any consolation, the full soundtrack will be rereleased in Japan in early december. An exact date has not been given.
This game probably has my favorite use of beating the boss in gameplay only for the boss to get a good hit in during the cutscene. Using the boss stage clear effect as a transition back into reality was what made the game spike up for me.
>hear nothing about this game until seeing it on the Switch e-shop
>decide to try the demo because of the cute rat
shit's great
the first boss killed me like 20 times though because I'm still not used to the controls and keep forgetting about charge ups.
The friendship built up between Mad Rat and Heart is great in general
