There is nothing wrong or cheap about getting a bodyshot. Especially in TF2 when killing with one meant you had to wait 5 seconds zoomed in and vulnerable to get a full charge.

Guess people always expect to either get killed by headshots or survive a bodyshot no matter what class they are playing as.

Remember when people started banning snipers id they didn't get kills with quitckscope in certain games?

The games took place in Japan but the localization team was like "pffft, those bakkas in the West won't be able to relate to the game if it takes place in Nipland so we'll say it take place in LA" but didn't bother changing anything visually or whatever so mascots, food, TV characters, architecture, etc. is still distinctly Japanese.
Swear to God, localization teams are comprised of the dumbest mother fuckers on the planet.

It honestly wasn't that jarring in the first game since it was all pretty nondescript but once you reach the second one you have literal Shinto villages and it really doesn't work anymore. From what I remember the localisation team thought they'd just be doing the first game but after it became a hit and they got to do the others in the trilogy they just decided to stick with what they had.
