If Kamiya doesn't return then Kenji Saito directing, he worked with Kamiya since Clover and directed Transformers: Devastation and the Platinum portion of MGR, he deserves a shot at something bigger.
Balance umbral climax, it's way too OP and trivialises every other use for magic. Include some element of risk to using it, have it make Bayo less agile, so instead of just mindlessly smashing everything you have to weigh the risks, reward burst usage and make it more satisfying to use it well.
A general return to 1's end-game gameplay, less random stonewall blocks and no witch time in NSIC.
Expand on tag climax and return Angel Slayer to being more like Bloody Palace then allow for multiplayer runs of that.
