Best Soulsborne game and Miyazaki's magnum opus.

Dark Souls but with shitty guns you can sort of rely on. And eyes. Lots of eyes.

Very good game, subject to technical problems and lack of care to patch it for next gen capabilities by the devs

From's best work.

And don't let the Sekiro fags who mistake CLANG CLANG CLANG BANG BANG SWORD BANG CLANG for good gameplay tell you otherwise.

dropping it in 2 days and coming back after a year

cute dolls and lots of blood and dogs

one of the only genuinely good games on the PS4.

fun

Eyes, some say eyesm

50 vitality + hunter’s axe = ez mode

what other games have you played on the ps4?

does bloodborne have any bosses that shit and fart at you? yeah, didn't think so

10 FPS throughout most of the game but a pretty good game nonetheless one of the better Miyazaki games.

shit game
30 fps sucks
blurry filter sucks
no 60 fps patch sucks
only one dlc expansion sucks

I argue that getting beated to death by a placenta is far more big brained than getting pooped on

good point

The best game of last gen. Easily in my top 10 of all time now.

>only one dlc expansion sucks
Agree with the rest but come on man, the old hunters is the best piece of content from ever.

looking at my library, mostly multiplats (MHW, Crash, FFVIIR, etc). I think Bloodborne was the only PS4 exclusive I was interested in.

just beat it for the first time a bit ago
>Better combat system than DS3 by virtue of just not bothering with a useless block mechanic
>Counter hits doubling damage is fucking retarded
>Blood Vial system really isn't very good, works great up until you get stuck on a boss
>Base game hugely overrated, the only real memorable bosses are in the DLC besides papa g and amy Gerhman really let me down from what I was expecting, I probably just outleveled him because I did the DLC first but he was pretty damn easy, DLC makes the game
>30 fps limit with frequent framedrops actually gave me headaches for the first few hours
>Samey zones
>Orphan of Kos > Maria > Ludwig >>> Amelia > Gascoigne > who cares
>Seriously the Orphan fight is the shit
>One of the few games that actually tries to do Lovecraft shit without it being embarrassing
>Blood Gems are a terrible system
>Chalice Dungeons are a feature so godawful they drag the game down as a whole just by being on the disc
overall bretty gud game
saw cleaver chads can't stop winning

Ebrietas and Logarius were pretty fun

>Counter hits doubling damage is fucking retarded
isn't this just to punish spam dashing?

CIRCLECIRCLECIRCLER1R1R1CIRCLECIRCLER1R1 FUCK!!!!!!!

>muh bosses
Fucking Dork Soles fans. These games has always been about exploration and atmosphere, not epic boss fights. DeS bosses are a joke mechanically, but all of them are memorable unique experiences. I bet you didn't like Micolash either.

goddamn this is relatable

Excellent game that's even better if you've read some Lovecraft stories and get the references.

I feel like the nightmare frontier was mIyazaki's interpretation of the description of blasted earth from "the colour out of space".

The greatest vidya experience. Take your time and please buy the DLC. It elevates the game from Elder God tier to incomprehensible levels of ludokino.

Why did Ludwig's Scrub Blade become the casual magnet? If people want stupid damage for no effort the Tonitus is right there and still invalidates the first half of the game even if you skill like a complete retard and if you want massive poise and poise break the Kirkhammer is easier to get and has a better one handed mode.

1. feels like a greatsword from souls games.
2. does a ton of damage
3. can use paper to enchant it with various elements
4. has big dick damage mode and small and quick hits mode
5. looks great
Tonitrus is electric element only, doesn't change shape and doesn't do as much damage. Resources are limited so if you're going to upgrade something, it should be a weapon that can be used in all situations.

because big sword go swoosh swoosh cave man brain grug grug

Because it's one of the best looking weapons in the game?

What do you expect from prepare to die retards? These people are not human.
Also there is a lot that goes to a boss than just how difficult it is. BSB is a great boss despite being relatively easy to beat cause of how well its designed and balanced.

>Blood Vial system really isn't very good, works great up until you get stuck on a boss
I'm not sure about this. I thought the same thing at first, but maybe it breaks up the frustration to have to do a blood run.
I just played Bloodborne and DS3 back to back (literally just finished DS3 and its DLCs a couple hours ago) and Bloodborne's bosses are WAY more intense and require far more getting good. Orphan took me like 20 tries. Nothing in DS3 took more than 3 and 80% of them went down first try.

I really appreciated how Bloodborne managed to add a bunch of quality of life changes to make it more accessible from the outset than any Souls game, while meanwhile somehow still being more balls to the wall than any of them besides maybe Sekiro.

>Blood Gems are a terrible system
yeah

Holy Moonlight and Ludwigs Holy Blade are different weapons.

but youre right. peebrains like big things

I was thinking of playing it on ps now on pc Its the only ps4 game I'm interested in really

>peebrains like big things
More like you start with a bunch of mostly quick weapons so it's natural that the second one you'd start building would be a versatile heavy one, and you get the LHB right around that point.
And it has a fun moveset.

But honestly no answer will satisfy you PvP autists and your impotently angry dumb absolutist opinions about the most trivial shit.

>bought a free game
really ?

You sound like a peebrain if you cant compete in pvp

also, I dont even have an active psn sub.

>Bloodborne
any chance of Bluepoint remake ? I need 4K60fps

Where is it free?

I like this take on blood vials. It kinda feels like the game is telling you to take a break. Also, you shouldn't really need to farm vials after papa g anyways since the game gives you more than enough as drops and you can buy them for echoes
