What TV / monitor do you game on ?
I’m thinking of buying myself an LG CX OLED for Christmas, thoughts?
What TV / monitor do you game on ?
A Samsung Q90 65inch. Managed to find it for a great price so figured 4k was worth jumping on. Any larger it would just be too big I felt.
I run my PC games of that and use big picture minimized with controller mapping as my mouse.
I just bought a 55BX, got a model name from a different country to save like 200 euros. I don't I can go back to LCD now, these OLED blacks are magnificant.
LCD is just an inferior technology
I want an OLED gaming monitor, too bad the PC market tends to only innovate in the RGB LED strip department
OLED is literally the best you can ask for a TV right now as long as you have the money and are careful with the burn in.
They made a 48 inch version of the most recent OLED lines, sadly it's more expensive in my country than the other sizes that are bigger. They do seem to advertise the 48 inch models in my country as gaming/productivity monitors.

my wife leaves the tv on for hours when netflix asks if she wants to conitnue watching, or when the xbox is on the homepage so... guess im going with QLED
QLED is a marketing term lol
It’s just an LCD with some quantum dot meme shit
Just got a 75" X950H myself. Got it to play hand-drawn games.
So far i am loving Vanillaware games and Cuphead on it. Looking for other nice hand-drawn or painted games for it
Shit if you don't live in a manhole honestly.
lg oleds are good
I heard it's comparible to OLED in picture quality but without the burnin. I understand quantum technology doesn't exist in TVs
have fun with your burn in. get something cheap until they fix the long term issues with oled.
It’s not comparable to OLED. It’s still an LCD which means it still has a backlight, which is what makes LCD an inferior technology. You fell for marketing babble
Are you telling me that the difference between QLED is absolutely no different of superior to regular LCD TVs?
I got a CX for my SeX. Easily the best display I have ever seen. Some poorfag will come crying about burn in, but that stopped being an issue years ago.
Burn-in only happens to retards. I’ve owned a plasma for 6 years with no burn-in. I think I’ll be fine with OLED since it’s even more resistant to burn-in than plasma
I use my oled as a second monitor for my pc. no burn in yet
Go ultrawide, baby
It’s basically the same shit man. LCDs are shit because they have backlights. OLEDs are great because their pixels themselves are emissive, allowing the full range of off-to-on on a per-pixel basis. LCD can’t come anywhere close no matter what meme tech they come up with
stop with this burn in meme. it's not a thing anymore
Take a look at hades and bastion

I'll never go back to non-ultrawide monitors.
QLED has better colors and deeper blacks than regular LCD TVs, but it's not as good as OLED.
Shhh be quiet or the PCkeks with 1080p TN monitors will call you a shill

Samsung S27F354
1080p, 27", PLS
yes 27" is big enough for me, from about 6ft away
I have an old Samsung SyncMaster BX2450 it's still wroking fine but I'm gonna get 2 4K monitor I think pretty soon.
What’s the cheapest retailer for the CX right now? I have been wanting to get one lately
