why do they release all games for free
Why do they release all games for free
Because they know that you'll pirate them anyway.
They do?
they are not they choose to trust you as human being that you'll buy the games though I guess morals and ethics is a hard concept to understand for a 3rd worlder
This and they want to play a demo before they decide to buy a game.
I buy games on GOG unironically.
so you niggers could play games just like normal people do
its charity
Niggers like you will pirate games regardless of whether they have DRM or not. They are at least putting up a store so the rest of us that aren't niggers and apes can enjoy games without DRM.
GOG pretty dope
Have x-com and homm3, with 40k/xfiles/hota mods
and galactic battlegrounds
Because they know you would just pirate them. This way there's a chance you will pay them out of respect.
because richCHADS can afford to give them money and keep them afloat. hope the 50 bucks you save will be enough for your monthly noodles poorfag.
I buy games on GOG because I care about the future of the industry and I want to support distributors that have consumer-friendly policies, even if I could get the games for free by pirating. It's just the righteous and virtuous thing to do.
Correction
Why does *goodolddownloads* release all games free
A: because they're based and not cringe like gog
Me too, user.
Pirates are gonna pirate anyway, the moment a game is cracked the only people inconvenienced by DRM are legit customers. GOG's model is pretty much ideal.
lmao all this cope. piratechads win again.
I choose freely when to pirate or not, but only buy from gog always.
If its not on gog, I pirate. If its on gog and I've found it good, I buy.
>"If it's not on GOG I'm not buying it."

I pirate everything, unless there's a physical copy available or it's on GOG.
>who actually wrote it
Here you go
i'm from the third world and i buy games on gog
>no always online drm
>no need to sign in to enable "offline" mode
>no need to be online to install a game
>offline backups
{{{steam}}} has none of that
>buying gog games
It would be perfect if they could develop their own solution for hooking into the Steam workshop API.
Best solution for that at the moment is third party distribution but it's better than nothing.
humble bundle and indiegala let you download games without drm too. I buy from all three
based
Because they adopted communism during the iron curtain
