in my opinion, to make things better, there should be better system of distribution that incentivises honesty from both ends. better market systems ensure that product is made better way. games and music have very weird markets because the copies are sold and what's considered a copyright might be bit arbitrary, so maybe there should be well defined good system that rewards work that market wants fairly.
