Videogames aren't always flow. The biggest reaction I've gotten out of any game was trying to get a fire cape in runescape. First time I did it I was actually trembling during the final boss, and after I was done I was uncontrollably shaking for a few minutes as the adrenaline was wearing off. No other game has given me such an extreme fight or flight reaction.
