I assume that means they are just basically taking the scaled up pc ver and bringing that to PS5. Remember that pc ver of GTA V came a year after PS4 and was advertised with things like more 'better vegetation, more density' compared to ps4/one.
Basically I am guessing PS5 GTA V and pc ultra gta v will be about the same.

Nah it'll be the PC version maxed out, true 4k and locked 30 FPS. A RTX 2060 can do that just fine. Anything better can just be done on PC with either editing the config file or mods.
