What are the best minigames in the yakuza series?
Other urls found in this thread:
Y7 = GOTY
ive been working on a youtube vid for a few months now with a definitive list of all the minigames in the series then my hard drive died like a week ago
>tfw to smart for brawling combat
Just caved in and bought the remastered collection cause I don't fucking trust sega to bring 3-5 in a timely fashion and next year is PACKED.
After 100 hours of Y7 should I start 3 or should I do NG+ and try to tackle TFMT before?
start on 3 and then go back to y7 once you're annoyed enough by the combat in 3
Dude you can restore it.
>is the best minigame in your path
Whatever you do. Do not play 3 hard.
fucking based this minigame was
too bad plebs will never play judgy
I'm at Chapter Five. Two questions about jobs:
Can you switch jobs at any time?
Should Ichi stay as a Hero?
yes
yes
Too smoothbrained and sad
you have to go to Hello Work every time
other jobs provide stat bonuses and abilities but eventually he should stay on Hero
Do you keep skills learned from other classes if you decide to switch?
>next year is PACKED
Name 5.
I played 0-2 on hard so far
What's wrong with 3
only character skills (red color)
can someone offer me some eggs in these troubled times, where do I get some
Mlore blocks than tetris and a generally slow combat style from kiryu
0-k2 are relatively new games, 3 is from like 2008 and wasn't on top bsck then either
Every boss battle will consist of you repeating the same pattern over and over again for roughly 30 minutes.
Enemies almost always guard with not not many ways to break them.
Also this, certain bosses will have you "cheesing" them much more than in previous games because of inflated health and other mechanics.
thanks bro
Do yourself a favor and skip 3 and go straight to 4. You can use the reminiscence in the option menu to learn 3's story. Or you can watch a youtube LP video. Y3 is honestly not worth the time.
Dragon Kart was extremely easy.
I got 1st in every prix and did all the rival substories 1st try.
lol this. I didn't bother with Y3, I just watched the recap from Y4.
The game is very easy
in the business minigame I made everyone orgasm every time
hihg speed drone racing
I'm not a secondary and I want to experience the series properly
Also 3's artstyle and Okinawa have a certain charm that always made me wanna play them. Also wanna see the orphanage stuff.
>not a secondary
>played 7 before 3
Glad the remasters are widely available now but why is it that they got rid of the most soulful song of the three games?
if I have only a PS4 Pro what we would be my best starting point for this series? I'm playing Yakuza Like a Dragon currently and it's the GOTY for me. After I finish this I wanted to check out the other games. I know they're not in the same turn-based format but still want to check em out.
licensing is a bitch
These Survive Bar stories are pretty fucking good. Saeko's story about her dysfunctional family pulled a few heartstrings.
Be honest bro, do you think ichiban will stay mc for awhile? Been finishing up 4 and about to start 5 then 6 to play 7. From the trailers ichibans a cool character that’s a nice change from kiryus stoic personality. I hope y7 low sales won’t have sega drop him anytime soon.
-t secondary who just started playing at the beginning of January
Fair enough. As other anons have recommended, don't play Y3 at hard.
However, you'd want to play Y4 at hard. Normal difficulty makes combat a walk in the park and way too easy.
0 or Judgment
Judgment being completely standalone
Drone Racing.
Just buy the Remastered collection and 0.
>From the trailers ichibans a cool character that’s a nice change from kiryus stoic personality.
He really is. I don't dislike Kiryu at all, but I was definitely fatigued from his stoic and aloof personality.
>
thanks anons
0 is universally regarded as the best game in the series, however it brought in the PC trannies so it's also the most hated
Omelette is fucking mvp
Mind telling me what you'll be playing next year? Really want to start getting games again.
MANY various Playstation exclusives
Sure user
>RF5
>No More Heroes 3
>Bravely 2
>Monster Hunter stories
>Monster Hunter Rise
To name a few, you also have the new RE and other stuffs.
Sure user I'll keep that in mind. I'm honestly extremely hyped to play 3-5, it's been an itch that's been there for a long while.
