That would be Dark Souls 1/2. Demon's Souls levels feel complete. Those games don't. Demon's Souls has faster and snappier combat. Those games feel slow and shitty.

Then they go on to say they didn't want to compromise the Miyazaki's original design as there excuse for not adding the Giant's arch-stone and completely change the games delibrate artsyle.

Are you talking about Dark Souls 2 still? The highest praise is BB, easily (most discussed, highest rated, only one Miyazaki says is good). But ratings mean nothing in regards to flaws. Dark Souls 2 is all garbage levels, atmosphere, animations, music, bosses, and enemies. The game isn't even serviceable until you get into DLC. The enemies and bosses aren't that hot in Demon's either, but it has good levels, music, atmosphere, and animations.
