1. It's an amazing game for mods, second only to HL2. If you want to turn it into a hardcore RPG, a survival sandbox game, a big tiddie anime weebshitter game etc you absolutely can.
2. The game was actually pretty good when it released. It might not hold up now but it was still great. Morrowindfags and Oblivionfags were the only groups that thought it was objectively bad, but nobody cares what they think.
