Well, it probably could under dev mode. I assumed if someone poked it long enough, they could find a way to get the drivers working. But, it's just not efficient. And it's just "not the same thing" as having it internal.

me and a buddy have been doin this for a while on xbox and ps4, I make my account the primary on their console and they get access to the licenses for the games I own on their accounts and we can play together, we go halfsies and only pay like 30 bucks a game each DLC also works like this so essentially we pay for 1 game and play it on 2 consoles together
