I keep seeing you people say "you'll never pass" and then consistently see them passing to the untrained eye. What's it like living with a handicap and a nonpaying tenant?

It's one of the worst games of this generation. Not even mods fixed it, and even the sex mods were awful, it's overall one of the worst games ever made, and the Pseudo MMO was even worse.

It's okay. It's heavily lacking in the RPG department though, but you should get some hours out of it looting and shooting. If you want to make things interesting download original quest mods and play through those. Main story isn't good, but the DLCs are a lot more enjoyable. Mods will also fix up the ugliness of the game, but be warned the mods for FO4 are not as diverse on the same level as Skyrim.

Settlements are fucking shit and Bethesda was being lazy as fuck, not adding any real cities or settlements or areas in the game. If you like guns and dressing up, it's also good for that. Bethesda did right letting you equip your followers items/some other minor stuff.

Depends, as a fallout game its not very good. Story is extremely bad, factions are very disappointing, overall atmosphere changed for the worse... but for a sandbox game its not bad at all. I spent more time building than I spent fighting in the game.
You can turn every tiny hamlet into an actual village and you can actually wipe out factions completely if you so wish.

The game has horrible lighting and shaders, all the characters have weird gray skin even with ENB and reshade. Modders couldn't even let you make a decent waifu no matter how many texture mods or character creation mods they made.

Some mods will make savegames incompatible if you uninstall them. You usually have to ask the creators or the community to figure out which is which.

It has little mods here and there that do very little subtle things, but nothing that really change the game, even mods that add back skills doesn't make any significant change.

Kinda, somebody made a mod that features the entire fallout 1 story with its own map.
Its not entirely a conversion mod in the scale of Enderal but its similar to Falskaar.
