yakuza kiwami 3 and yakuza -1
>in every Yakuza game since 2
>literally have a dragon on his tattoo
It's his turn
>kuryu barely change in 30 years
>daigo become old as shit in just 10
Also it's the green dragon, the real deal.
>Like a dragon sequel
Duh. They didn't pass the torch to Ichiban just to give him an origin story and then drop him for good. They can easily get a few more games out of him.
>Judgment 2
The drug scandal involved with that guy in the original really fucked with the game's sales so I'm hoping that doesn't screw our chances of a sequel.
>Another prequel
The obvious one that everybody wanted was a Kazama prequel that finally explains his rise to fame and how he killed Kiryu's, Nishiki's and Yumi's parents [/spoiler,] although our chances of getting that game probably died alongside his voice actor earlier this year. I'm still holding out hope they just recast him or something though since that's what they did in Ishin.
As for other prequels, that Watase one everybody was talking about that the other day that turned out to be fake would be pretty cool.
>fucked up the spoiler tag
>kuze
0fags have no say in the matter and they will be the first to go on the day of the rope. The next one will be 8 with ichiban not that hard to see.
>The drug scandal involved with that guy in the original really fucked with the game's sales so I'm hoping that doesn't screw our chances of a sequel.
did it? I remember nagoshi talking about how scandal kinda boosted sales one way, and he was disappointed because of it.
>>Like a dragon sequel
Pls no... we don't need more shit tainting the name of Yakuza
Black Panther Remakes and Translations/Localizations.
Yakuza tactical strategy game where you ffight or different prefectures.
He was, something along the lines of "Why did they wait until now to buy it if they wanted it?" It was when the "New Price" version got announced.
I want more Judgment 2
6 more turn-based games with Ichiban
>kuze
Why would they make a prequel about him of all people? His entire legacy is just 'old man who keeps getting beaten up by kid who joined the yakuza 3 years ago'.
At least his actor his cool.
This desu
Also stop fucking teasing and just give us Kenzan and Ishin already.
Sega is retarded. A bunch of newfags mistaking Saejima in Y7 for Lee because they don't have access to 3-5 kek
Party based action system to appeal to old fans and new fans.
No point in depressing the fanbase for different releases.
I want a Judgment 2. I had a lot of fun with all of the different missions, even the stealth ones. Plus, it'd be action combat. I won't mind Yakuza being turn based for a while as much if Judgment continues.
Kinda don't blame them to be honest. Sega got lazy and reused Lee's coat model from 6 onwards so I'd probably do a double take too if I didn't play the other games.
Separating*
Total War Yakuza
Judgement 0
reddit integration f2p multiplayer type game
well ackshually
it's not *the* green dragon (Qīnglóng or seiryuu) but Kulika Nagaraja (or Kurikara ryuu), dragon king Kulika from Hindu mythology.
Yeah, the new price version was just about half the price of the original and that's why he was disappointed. So while it sold well after the scandal, it sold for a lot less then they could've originally made.
Saejima originally wore the the coat in 5
No, he announced the new price version when he said that, it wasn't after that sold. He said they sold through like 99% of the inventory after the scandal hit before the new price ever came out.
I was under the impression that the original version was pulled from stores when the scandal hit.
Another Yakuza 0 starring shintaro Kazama and Shimano
No fucking kidding, 10 years in the tojo clan were not good for him

>Toshihiro Nagoshi also jokingly said he’s angry about people suddenly buying the game following the scandal, and how they should have bought it from the start if they really wanted it, as that would have been better. The high sales do make him happy though, and Judgment sold through 97% of its shipments as of now.
This was talking about by the time they stopped sales, not after New Price was out.
